Shipping Costs for FREE Resizing :

 

·         Shipping cost for the resizing process is FREE for all United State customers. A return label will be sent to the customer. Once resized, the     piece will be shipped back to the customer within 7 working days.

·         Shipping cost for international order’s resizing is paid for by the customer.

Resizing your ring outside of the 1st year of purchase / Resizing your ring more than once :

 

·         If more than one resize is needed or it’s been over a year since your purchase, a small fee of $ 20 is charged to all United States and    international customers.

·         The $ 20 fee needs to be paid for prior to shipping your ring back to our quarters

·         Shipping cost for the same is paid for by the customer.

·         Shipping fees are charged as per actual for both ways of shipping.

·         Shipping fees will have to be paid in advance in order to receive the return label.

·         For international shipments, custom charges, VAT and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

 

 

Ring Resizing Terms  :

 

·        The resizing process may require some amount of metal to be added or removed to increase or decrease the size of the ring. This may lead to the ring band becoming thicker or thinner which may or may not be visible directly. We ensure that your resized ring is assessed by our quality control team and is up to our quality standards.

·         Resizing engraved rings may change the look of the engraving. The engraved characters may become lighter or narrower and may not look the same as the original.

·         Increasing or decreasing the ring size by more than 2 sizes is not possible. If this is required, the ring will have to be remanufactured. Within the 30-day time frame the ring can be returned and remanufactured. Return policy terms may apply for this. Please note that after remanufacturing, your ring may not look exactly the same as the original.

·         Some rings cannot be resized due to the design of the ring. In this case the ring will have to be remanufactured. Within the 30-day time frame the ring can be returned and remanufactured. All resizing requests are required to be sent via email at customerservice@friendlydiamonds.com. Please send an email with your order details along with the actual size of the ring and the new size needed. Our customer service executive will then assess the design and authorize the resizing.
