At Carats for you, we are committed to ensure that you enjoy a hassle-free jewelry shopping experience.

 

One-Way Shipping

 

·   We offer FREE shipping across the United States and Canada.

·  Shipments to countries apart from the US and Canada are chargeable at an additional shipping cost.

 

Custom Charges and Duties

International shipments can be processed online. Customs processes and import duties are the responsibility of the customer; please check with your local customs office for information.

Return Shipping

·         We also offer FREE return shipping on all return orders from the United States. Please read our return policy for further details

·         Shipping fees need to be paid by the customer for return orders from all countries outside the United States.

 

Shipping Timeline

Carats for you is committed to timely delivery for your order. However, delivery delays due to inclement weather conditions, carrier delays or incorrect addresses are beyond our control.

Our estimated delivery time does not include the time it will take for local customs to release international orders.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order is shipped.

 

·         All ready to ship orders are delivered within 3 to 5 days from the order date.

·         All loose diamond orders are shipped within 5 to 10 days from the order date.

·         All make to order items are shipped within 2 to 3 weeks from the order date.

 

Delivery Partners

            ·   We use trusted delivery companies such as FedEx, UPS and USPS for all our shipments.

·    An alternative shipping method may be used when deemed appropriate to reach your target destination and target delivery date.

 

Shipment Insurance

 For your protection, Carats for you always:

·         Insures and registers all items for their full value.

·         Requires that all deliveries be made to a physical business or home address only. We do not ship to P.O. box addresses.

 

Track your order

We make it easy for you to know how soon you can expect the delivery of your product. Once your order is shipped, we send you a shipment email along with the tracking number for you to track the product.

If your Carats for you purchase is meant to be a gift for someone and you want us to keep it a surprise, we can ship your order to the desired location—just make a comment in the customer notes section at checkout.
