EXCHANGE POLICY

We are confident that you will love your Carats for you jewelry. However, should a situation arise wherein you need to exchange any item from your order, we offer a LIFETIME exchange.

 

Exchange Terms

·         The amount of the new item should be same as or greater than the exchanged item

·         The item to be exchanged should be returned in their original, unworn condition. For information on return terms please refer to our .

·         Shipping costs for the returned piece will be as per our .

·         The new pieces will only be shipped out once the exchanged piece is returned and received at our office. All exchanged items will be assessed by our quality assessment team.

·         Exchanges are limited to only 1 per order.

·         The following items do not qualify for an exchange

 

Ø  Items that have been modified one or more times

Ø  Items that are engraved/laser inscribed

Ø  Items that have been resized one or more times

Ø  items that have previously been exchanged

Ø  custom designed jewelry.

 

Valuation of products at the time of exchange

The value of the item to be exchanged will be determined at its market value at the time of exchange.
The difference in the amounts will be considered as the difference between the market value of the new item and the market value of the item to be exchanged at the time of exchange.

Payments of additional amounts

·         The additional amount of the new item needs to be fully paid for in order for it to be shipped.

·         Payment method may differ from that of the earlier purchase.
